Returns and Exchange requests will be catered in the following 2 Cases.

At Space 4 Makeup, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Our Return & Exchange Policy has been designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for handling all return and refund requests. Please read the following carefully:

Case 1: Damaged, Broken, Incorrect, or Missing Order

  1. If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing at the time of delivery, please contact us within 7 days. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.
  2. It is important to send us a picture of your Order Invoice found inside your parcel. This invoice is crucial for verification. In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we may also request a picture of the product.
  3. Once verified (within 48 hours of your complaint), we will initiate a reverse pickup request from your address through our courier partner.
  4. Products must be returned in original condition (unused, all seals/tags intact), with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse. Requests may be declined if the product is returned used, broken, or in poor condition.
  5. After QC, if your claim is verified as correct, you will receive a refund or re-shipment of the correct item. If our QC confirms that the correct product was originally delivered, the return will be marked final and not re-sent.

Case 2: Change of Mind

  1. If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind (wrong shade, type, or simply no longer want it), you must return it in unused, original condition with all seals and packaging intact.
  2. Once the item is received and passes QC, we will proceed with your refund or exchange request.
  3. A Rs. 250 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount or charged on delivery in case of exchange to cover logistics costs.Other RefundsIf you’ve paid for a product that is later found out of stock, a monetary refund will be processed.
  4. Our support team will contact you for bank details, and the refund will be issued within 48 hours.Important NoteWe strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel. In case of a missing item complaint, warehouse footage will be reviewed for verification.
  5. If warehouse footage confirms that all items were dispatched, we will not be able to facilitate the claim. If it shows an item was missing, a refund or re-shipment will be processed.

Timelines

  1. Reverse pickup: Can take up to 7 calendar days due to courier schedules.
  2. Complete return process: Can take up to 10 working days (including pickup, QC, and final resolution).

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, Sadapay, Nayapay and Bank Transfer.

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 for all orders across Pakistan.

Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days after confirmation.

You can track your order using the “Track Your Order” page on our website. Just enter your order number and phone number to view the latest status.

If you receive a damaged item or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your invoice and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days.

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges.

If it’s a change of mind or size, you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

If your return request is not approved, we’ll inform you of the reason. Your product will then be sent back to your provided address.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours once your request is approved. You can choose to receive the amount in your bank account or as store credit.
